The CI PLAYGROUND is a series of Contact Improvisation Focus jams.
In this format , we propose a lightly structured practice space with a mini class or intrduction to frame our practice, while encouraging freedom and autonomy of exploration within the proposed container of the Focus Jam.

OPEN TO ALL curious movers from various levels and backgrounds.
PRE-RESERVATION is appreciated.
The proposition is to start and end the practice all together. Pre-reservation helps with respectig eveyone's time and intro propositions.
